The investor group comprises of Director and sole shareholder Xiaoyong Li (Bruce Li); Operations Director Lucy Liang; and General Manager Sonia Sheng. Mason and M Ltd. plans to open two additional restaurants in London and Cambridge, and will have the option to enter into a Master Agreement for the United Kingdom. The team will leverage their extensive education and experience in international business, retailing, and foreign languages to compliment Angry Crab Shack’s management system to launch and oversee expansion of the brand in the UK.
