Cleveland—Harbour Freight, a hardware retail chain, donated all of its high-demand personal protective equipment (PPE) supply to frontline hospitals in the city where the store is located with a 24-hour emergency room.

This hardware retailer will donate N95 masks, face masks, 5 million pairs of nitrile gloves and 7 million pairs of nitrile gloves to local hospitals fighting COVID-19.

Working in a hospital with a 24-hour emergency room, people who need these items should send an e-mail to their procurement office in the hospital to hospitalhelp@harborfreight.com.

Harbor Freight will send an email to the hospital to provide a voucher when the material can be picked up.

"Although we certainly won't have enough of these supplies to meet everyone's needs, we will donate everything we have. We also recognize that there are many other vital people who are responding to this crisis, and they are everywhere. There are needs. We chose to focus on hospitals with 24-hour emergency rooms, and hope we can help as many people as possible now," Eric Smidt, owner and founder of Harbor Freight Say.
